From my understanding, system updates or brief pauses usually happen around 4:00 during menu changeover at most locations, not at 3:30AM. The explanation didn’t seem accurate, and it felt like I wasn’t given honest information. If there was another reason, it would have been better to communicate it clearly. This was disappointing and inconvenient.
