  “I visited your drive-thru today and had a poor experience. Despite repeating my order multiple times and clarifying at the window, I still received the wrong items. I wasn’t offered a refund or proper help afterward. Please address the accuracy and customer service at this location.”

  I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and when I opened it there was a SINGLE fry in my nuggets box >:( !!!!! The fries also were strange tasting…..

  Used to enjoy this location but it has gone down hill. I had an interesting experience regarding a missing item. I had repeatedly asked for my receipt before the order was handed over. (Gut feeling it would be wrong) I realized an item was missing and I stayed at counter to have it fixed with NO RECEIPT. Bur I had some lady who I assume was management demanding me to log into my banking app to show proof of payment and how much spent. So I could finally get a receipt. It was busy and thinking back I should have refused as I stated which kiosk I purchased it from. As a former server and food service worker that is highly unprofessional.

  I have viewed all reviews of this branch and it seems all same bad quality of food preparations! They dont follow standards anymore . They should close this branch, no hope for this branch, ruining the name of Mcdonalds. This is the food we recieved. This not the first time . We ordered quarter pounder double cheese sent without cheese lol plus the depressing onion pickles and ketchup

  These store is not safe specially to the young kids. My daughter encounter the guy from skip the dishes went to women washroom and use while daughter inside inside the washroom . Talk to the store they says they can't control the this guy that saw my daughter already when she's out from cubicle them when I'm confronted him to the front area when his waiting to pick up order he says he don't understand . I asked him why did he go to omens washroom . And keep saying he don't understand . Luckily the good man beside me he says luckily that's not my daughter. " Then the skip the dishes guy wake to his sense that's the time he. Apologize . But this is not acceptable . .. and to the restaurants if the the other people can do that to go to your restaurant and go to women. Washroom it's not safe for the kid and. Adult to . And the worker stated that can't do anything and can control too sad that big company can't protect our little ones that want to enjoy and eat to your restaurant. I wonder if this is happen to any body to the same store .
