  I wanted to share feedback regarding my experience at this location on January 9th, 2026 at approximately 10:15 AM. I have been a regular customer and have paid with cash — including $100 bills — many times without issue. However, during this visit my $100 bill was refused at the drive-thru. The manager, Raven, came to speak with me and informed me that the store does not accept $100 bills. I asked where this policy was posted, and was told the sign is inside the store. Since I was in the drive-thru, I had no way of seeing that notice. I personally prefer to pay with cash. I do not use debit or credit due to increasing issues with fraud and unauthorized withdrawals, and I believe customers should have the right to pay with legal tender. Refusing my payment without clearly visible signage felt unfair and created unnecessary inconvenience. In addition, I was not provided with a receipt at the drive-thru and had to go inside to request one, which defeated the purpose of ordering through the drive-thru. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that: • Customers are informed clearly — including at the drive-thru — if certain bills are not accepted • Receipts are provided automatically at the drive-thru • Staff and management communicate policies consistently and respectfully I value your business and would like to continue supporting this location. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

  Bought the apple pie for my kid and it is looked so burn and tasted bitter. The quality is going down so bad. Dont reccomend here.

  The staff working tonight 22/12/2025 around 12:15 AM was racist and rude told me to wait for more than half an hour and there was no one else there and kept on arguing with no apology

  The whole experience was terrible. No toilet paper or soap in ladies washroom. The order machine was out of paper so we didnt know what our order number was. The ketchup dispenser didn't have any cups available, tables were not wiped and food was left on them from other diners. We couldn't throw our garbage into the garbage receptacle because it was so full it was spilling out. It was just a really messy, disorganized place. Food was ok but took a long time to get our order
