Had the go back through drive through to ask if they could get them since our kids were looking forward to the toys. They had to call the manager out to check the boxes which is pretty disrespectful. The staff didn’t even bother apologizing. All I heard from the woman at the window was “do you have your toys?” Which we didn’t obviously have because they either forgot or took for themselves? Pretty awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonalds if you want your order to be done correctly on the first attempt.
