Like… what the heck?!!

This is a very unprofessional way of taking orders. They need better training and staff who can take orders accurately and efficiently.

At the first window I was told to go to the last window, and then at the last window I was told to go to the other side because the order was not ready. As a delivery driver, we often have multiple orders to pick up, and this kind of behavior causes unnecessary delays. At some McDonald locations, drivers are told to use the drive-thru, while at others we get different instructions. There needs to be clear communication and better coordination. Very disappointing experience.
