    I have usually had 0 issues with this location, however today, my boyfriend and I ordered some food. I think they misunderstood him ordering "just a regular big Mac" for a completely plain big Mac. It wasn't bad by any means, just not what we wanted. My food was great though.

    After the remodel, they removed the refill, and now only one door works and the other is just for decoration. I didn't like it :( It used to be much more welcoming.

    It's what you expect of a mcdonalds. Of the few in the immediate area relative to the henderson locations this one has the best food. I find the afternoon/evening staff are nice and accommodating but the morning staff are almost clueless to how a McDonald's should be operating. If the rating was based on the evening drive thru staff alone, I would be giving it more stars (it is interesting to me that we are receiving better service from high school kids then grown adults). But the casualty of decline in McDonald's performance and presentstion over the years is evident here overall. Personal take, if a mistake is made on your food, when you order it, bring it in and make sure the staff does away with it. I watched a staff member have a baked thing returned today and not 10 mins later give it back to someone else.
