I say no worries let me see if I can give you exact… I come up 15 cents short and he says yeah that won’t work. Ok… wild, but can’t blame the guy for that. Maybe the manager is crazy. So I say “well I guess I’ll leave the order then”. And he said “yeah that’s not gonna happen”. So I say well I didn't bring my card, my phone is dead, and you’re the business that can’t make change for a $20, what do you want me to do? He says “well I’ll just get change brought to me”… sorry what? Then he gives me $3.25 cents back, short changing me by $5. I tell him he still owes me $5 and he says he already gave it to me, which he absolutely did not. Meanwhile, this entire interaction I’ve been made to feel like the problem. Make it make sense. Give your drive thru guys more breaks, more change for their register, and maybe more training while you’re at it.

Five cars drove past me while I waited six minutes and each one had coffee! I was the only car there when I ordered. The big lady manager was rude about her and her team's failure right from the bat, too. Historically, the day crew at this location was one of the top ones in the city. At least the girl who never says anything while presenting your order seems to have moved on.
