    Placed an order at the drive thru for two Happy meals with hot cakes today, but they don’t have the fries when I opened after returning back home and it has happened a couple times before also. The staff is friendly though.

    Went to this specific restaurant yesterday evening at around 6:30pm with my child & witnessed the Macdonalds team in the back cheering & congratulating each other. The atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing & assistant manager Mahkreet(hope I spelled that right) she came around to ask if our food was okay & it was.

    WORST service. Waited 20 whole damn minutes for my food. Staff was rude when asked how long. My year old daughter is freaking out because of how long she had to wait sitting there. This is a FAST FOOD restaurant. Why am I waiting 20 damn minutes. AVIOD this mcdonalds on Portage ave !!

    Placed my order from the self order board and waited...and waited...and waited! Ten minutes later I received my order of a wrap, a deluxe cheeseburger and two orders of leathery cold french fries. Sad. Went to get ketchup and they had no cups for the ketchup so I had to ask for something to put ketchup in. The girl search around and eventually gave me two containers for ketchup. Please do yourself a favor; if you like fast service and decent food, this is NOT the place for you.
