Bought a happy meal for kid, when I opened it, the whole cheese burger looked all burn. How could you cook it so burn and still serve to kids, immoral. The quality of Mc Donald is very terrible. Really dont reccomend to go to this location, stay away.

Went today for a happy meal for my son , asked politely to change milk with chocolate one and slightly touched the bottle to-point it out the admin there, she said to me ‘don’t touch again the bottle please’ , Then she took it away to change with HER BARE hands .I saw her later put things in trash and gather the meals with her hands with no gloves on them !!!! This is insane.

This restaurant has improved significantly from its last service, particularly with Shiristi, presumably the supervisor, working efficiently and patiently, and ensuring drivers are recognized through eye contact, excellent service today.

Customer service here is consistently awful, borderline hostile at times. There is one nice soft spoken lady on staff, that works the first drive through window, the rest are miserable. I can only assume working here is awful.
This morning I was greeted at the drive through with a surly "what would you like?" Good morning, I was hoping to order some food. About 30s without a response, I assumed maybe technical difficulties, so I drove up to the first window.
The lady at the window ignored me for a good 30-40s until another, grumpier lady poked her shoulder and pointed at me and said somethings like I had offended her previously.
The lady at the first window opened it finally and gruffly asked "mobile order?" I told her I tried to order at the speaker but someone wasn't answering. She rolled her eyes and said "well, do you want to order?" At this point it was way too early in the morning for this amount of attitude from 2 different people, so I told her I'm just going to go inside and punch in my own order, she closed the window while saying something I didn't understand and shaking her head.
I sat through the drive through line and then parked and went inside punched in my order and waited at the counter where I watched the nicest lady in the world place her order and get a 0% friendly interaction, she couldn't have wasted the McDonalds staff any worse than she had by coming in and getting her coffee and muffin.
I was the only person waiting for an order in front of the tills, the miserable lady behind the counter outs my drink and sandwhich on the counter and says "1088!!" In her second loudest voice. I get my stuff and and I just get a glare. This is just hostile service, I ask if there is a manager on duty, she turns to walk away from me, I excuse myself to get her attention, and ask again. She says and points at storm cloud of a lady stomping around the back and then looks me up and down and says "but you would probably want to speak with Kyle, hes the general manager" and then stand there, I ask if he's here today. She just stares at me. I asked her what happened to customer service or saying good morning, she rolls her eyes at me and then makes a flapping hand gesture dismissing me and goes back to moving things around behind the counter.
So, Kyle. If you're the GM at this location. Your store has all four tires in the ditch and I'm sorry but attitude reflects leadership. The only Mcdonalds I've seen worse than yours had a shift manager openly insulting and barking at staff.
