The people working here are the most fake and ignorant. I do Uber Eats, which I do at night, and whenever I'm there, no one comes to the counter for two hours to ask what your Uber number is and what your order is. They sometimes go around among themselves, sometimes they ignore every time the Uber driver comes.
I was out in the freezing -40 cold of winnipeg then an employee named kasey brought me in and helped me out with the jung cook drake travis scott meal, i came back months later and awarded her with 100 Vietnamese Dong for her efforts. To this day she remains a pillar at Mcdonaldâs leading the future Mcgeneration!

I went for coffee this morning. Happened to go to washroom same time with an employee. I did not hear water running to wash her hands. She was done before me. I pray to god they are washing their hands. I expressed my concerns before I left. The employee said she washed her hands. Of course she is going to say she did. Customers are always wrong right ??đĄđĄđĄwell this is a warning. If I ever see that again I will be phoning the health inspector so fast they wonât know what happened to them. This actually happened on kenaston. And I saw her leave without washing her hands Smarten up McDonaldâs. Better be washing your hands !!!!

I ordered a poutine to go and they didnât even include cutlery. On top of that, there was no straw for my iced coffee either. Itâs frustrating paying for food and drinks and not even getting the basic items needed to enjoy them. I called the location to let them know, and the customer service was just as disappointing. The person on the phone didnât handle the situation professionally at all. Overall, really poor service and not what I expect from McDonaldâs. Definitely needs improvement.

I ordered a veggie burger and was instead given a chicken burger, which I only realized after taking a bite. This is especially upsetting because my religion strictly prohibits eating meat, so this was not a small mistake for me.
When I politely informed the manager (named James), he was completely unbothered and tried to blame me, saying I should have âseen it was chickenâ and asking why I didnât spit it out. I am 15 years old, and instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for a serious food-order error, he became hostile and defensive, even when my friend calmly stood up for me.
Another employee also continued to blame me, saying there was nothing they could do. Mistakes happen, but giving someone food that goes against their religion, then refusing to acknowledge fault and treating a minor this way, is extremely unprofessional.
This experience completely ruined my visit and shows a lack of basic customer service, accountability, and respect for religious dietary restrictions.
