  Never seen such horrible staff! Been sitting here for more than 25/30 min now for an order… 5 items… It’s not fast food anymore.. Whoever is operating, train your night crew.. The team is ridiculous. Never can get more worse.. The guy with glasses, fire him..

  Rude staff who get orders consistently wrong. They speak in their local language amongst each other giggling while trying to order.

  Unacceptable handling of a situation involving a toddler. Serious accusations were accepted without verification, no fair hearing was given, and the situation was escalated in front of young children. This was irresponsible and caused unnecessary emotional harm.

  Today we visited this place and ordered food. Along with our order, we took some add-ons (jam, ketchup), which are clearly listed as free in the menu. However, when picking up the order, we were asked to pay extra for them, which was very surprising. When I asked why we needed to pay for items that are stated as free, the staff started making excuses, but no clear or consistent explanation was given. It honestly felt not very transparent. The food itself was okay, but this situation really ruined the overall experience. Customers should not be charged for items advertised as free.
