Was getting coffee this afternoon ordered 2 and I asked for a tray and napkins. The girl at the window looked so annoyed. Where were the days when they use to say have a good day. Not impressed

First off, the new design of the restaurants is atrocious. This isn't unique to this location and I'm regularly ignored by staff. The food has declined so much all I order now is coffee and even then, as the only person in the store, I'm waiting 5+ minutes for a single large coffee. I ordered today at 7am and finally received my at 707. This isn't the first time either. It's a shame because the staff is nice but the systems in place are awful
Terrible drive thru service. I sat in the right drive-thru lane as three cars placed their order in the left lane around me. My lane was not closed and when I called for someone, there was zero response. Must have been there at least 5 minutes. Finally got fed up and backed out of the drive-thru lane to go spend my money somewhere else. Good job, kids.
