  This store used to be much better, but today was honestly horrible. The manager was very rude, and I was not informed of the return/refund policy at checkout or on the receipt. I left the store for 3 minutes and was told no return rudly. If that’s the policy, it should be clearly communicated. Also, I later noticed a $5 discount for purchases over $50 on my receipt, which was never mentioned. Poor communication and customer service.

  The experience today was unlike any other I’ve had at this location. I understand it being “holiday season” as they mentioned multiple times, customer service was at an all time low. The staff were rushing us, making sure we knew how to count chocolate (sounds as stupid as it truly was) made us take chocolate out, put chocolate back in due to the scale weight being off, etc. assisted by an individual at the register that was quite annoyed with me when I wanted to pick out my own chocolate and I said I would be less than 30 seconds to go pick out the remaining amount and when I came back, they were already helping someone else. Suggested I take the selection they had put to the side as it would save them time, which I would not do as I am, the one paying for what I would like. It was a very bad experience, to say the least. I don’t recommend you go there as it seems the staff are way too overwhelmed to accommodate the 10 to 15 people at a time that are in the store shopping on their own and seemed as though no one needed the help they were pushing to assist.
