  As soon as i walked into the building i was greeted and the employee even came from behind the counter to help me at the self serve station. The employee was very friendly and helpful providing suggestions on items to get and insights on the latest deals. The building was also very clean with an open layout. Will definitely be returning to this location. 5 stars across the board.

  Oderd to pieces of chicken was to greasy it could of walk away from my table. The putine was cold and did not taste very good. You figure being a new location they would have gotten someone who knows how to cook. I live in the area and was very disappointed in the food and how it was prepared

  Great experience at this KFC! The restaurant was very clean which I really appreciated. Raman, the supervisor was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly.. Really appreciate the great service! Thank you ♥️

  Very first time at this ( brand new ) KFC. The dine-in service very slow, and the kiosks are a joke, they are slow at responding. The girl, who helped, was very good, though. You do not get wet napkins for when you eat the greasey chicken, nor any utensils. However, the food was very tasty, and hot. Clean place. TONS of parking. The holiday combo is a bit expensive, though.

  New Review: Called days ago and double checked they were open for Christmas. We live almost next door so planned for Xmas dinner. Went to store at 5:30, store was dead, asked for two Thursday specials and was told all chicken would be 45 minutes wait. Ok. If waiting that long can we get extra crispy. Nope. Only original. Called Unicity. They said come on down and wait 20 minutes for two Thursday night specials. This new store has some work to do or they will not survive. Last weeks review: Tried first time last week, drive thru. Ordered Thursday night special and asked if any of it could be extra crispy. Only able to give regular, which is common at many outlets. Sometimes some of them have at least 4-5 pieces of extra crispy. Nonetheless, chicken was great. Fries were not hot. Note, we ate 3 minutes after picking up as we live around the corner. Recommend: stock some extra crispy for Thursday night specials, and prepare fries just before serving…no one wants cold fries and your fries are so good when hot. Not bad first try. Hoping next experience is 5/5 stars. This time 4/5.
