  I placed an order took never got it i paid them $70. Tried calling to see what happened and they keep hanging up and sending me to an answering machine.do not waste time ordering from here.

  On Tuesday, January 27th, around 8:00 p.m., I placed an order at your restaurant at self checkout kiosk, then at the time of food pickup I was assisted by a tall gentleman and a female staff member. When I kindly asked for extra ketchup, I was told in a raised tone that it was already included in the bag. I then requested a few additional napkins and was informed, again rather abruptly and without eye contact, that they had already been provided. I didn’t wish to cause any inconvenience, so I let it go. What upset me most was that after stepping away, the two staff members appeared to laugh and giggle while looking in my direction. As a transgender person, this made me feel judged and uncomfortable, particularly due to the expressions and behavior I observed, which felt dismissive of my identity. I truly believe that kindness and respect go a long way, and I hope this feedback can be taken as an opportunity for growth and staff training. I understand that customers are not always right, but mutual respect should always be present both inside the workplace and beyond. I apologize if my descriptions of the staff come across as inappropriate; I only included them because I do not know their names. I would also like to note that I am East Indian as well, and I hold respect for everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.
