  I placed an online order through the app and received an email confirmation stating it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I attempted to contact the store multiple times to confirm, but no one answered the phone. I decided to go to the location, expecting my order to be ready upon arrival. Unfortunately, it took over an hour for my order to be fulfilled. During that time, the front staff appeared disorganized and inattentive, and I observed them forgetting items for other customers’ orders as well. The overall experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this location."

  Disappointed with the food. ordered a family bucket, the chicken was very dark, as if the oil has not been changed. Same goes for the chicken popcorn, they were also very stale, they tasted oddly weird.

  I made a mistake on my order which was my fault but the manager on duty Amy corrected and let me pay the difference. I give her 5 stars for her awesome customer service and team of hard workers !!

  I’m sharing my recent experience with this KFC location as a regular customer who knows and usually enjoys the KFC taste. Today we ordered a Mighty Chicken Box, sliders, and French fries for delivery. After placing the order, I received a call saying crispy chicken was unavailable and asking if original chicken was okay. I agreed, as I understand these situations can happen. I also want to mention that I did not request any dips, sauces, or paper tissues, as I already have those at home. However, the order arrived with popcorn chicken, sauce packets, and dips included. Unfortunately, the chicken we received was the most unpleasant KFC I’ve ever had. It tasted extremely greasy and left a bitter, oily aftertaste even after rinsing my mouth. It honestly felt like old oil may have been used. The French fries also had the same greasy flavor. The sliders were acceptable, but the overall meal quality was very disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I hope the management looks into their food quality and oil freshness so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

  They are so unprofessional. Their automated call system hasn’t been fixed in ages. Have to call so many times to get to somebody. On my recent two orders, the uber driver never even presses the buzz and never calls, I have to go and look for my order. I am so disappointed by what happened today that I am forced to write this review. My order was more than an hour late and no where to be found. Called this kfc and was told that they will check with the driver later as they are busy. I informed that my credit card was charged and my order is no where to be found, despite that no urgency was shown. It’s better to not use their app to order food as it’s useless. So basically I got no food and they took my money for free. Super upset!
