Absolutely terrible. Went through the drive-thru at 6 AM—ordered 6-piece fried chicken and large fries. Everything (except the drink) was soggy, zero crisp, and disgusting 🤢. I already know KFC Canada isn’t great as compared to KFC Asia, but this was straight-up garbage. Never again.

We got KFC strips meal and Taco Bell. KFC strips tasted like they were sitting around for hours and reheated in the microwave. The Taco Bell was horrible. Everything was cold and we even dined in plus they were serving warm cans of Pepsi cause their pop machines run out of c02. Honestly the worst ever experience at a KFC Taco Bell that I've ever had.

you value your time, do NOT go to this KFC.
This place has zero respect for customers’ time every single time. I pre-ordered hours in advance, thinking it would save time. Instead, I still had to wait even longer once I arrived. What’s the point of pre-ordering if the food is never ready on time?
This exact same problem happens repeatedly, so this is clearly not an accident it’s pure incompetence and poor management. Today, Christmas Day, when people already have plans and limited time, they still managed to fail spectacularly.
Slow service, broken promises, and complete disregard for customers. It makes absolutely no sense and is beyond frustrating. I’m not just disappointed,I’m angry.
Final advice: If you value your time, your patience, and your sanity, stay away from this location. You’ll do nothing but wait and regret it.

Don't go here if you're at the Health Sciences Centre. You're already having a tough day, so do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.
Let me set the stage for you so you know what you're in for. You must make a journey to downtown Winnipeg on a cold December day. The destination is HSC for an inpatient appointment. The children are hungry and they require nourishment. You foolishly assume that the nearby KFC must be able to satisfy their hunger. Surely you won't regret this anymore than you would a visit to any other fast food restaurant.
But you'd be wrong.
The food was room temperature and man doesnt everyone love limp soggy fries. It's kind of impressive that they managed it despite it being the lunch rush and I watched them take a batch out of the fryer while I waited to order. To their credit, they did get the order right. But I assume they let it sit in the cooler for 5 minutes before they gave it to me.
Not everything was room temperature. Though.
Somehow they managed to pipe hot water into their pop machine so that after you fill up your cup with ice and pop, it's still warmer than the food. To boot, they watered down the pop so much my kids refused to drink it. I hope that location saves alot of money on the pop because that stuff was so bad it shouldn't
Now I really should have known better. The last time I was there my kids found a mention the woman passed out in the bathroom. I know it's downtown Winnipeg and the workers have seen it before but if they have to unlock the bathroom door to let your kids use it, you'd think they would notice something like that before my kids do.
Do yourself a favour and just go to the HSC food court. Or anywhere else for that matter. Phoung Nam on Williams street has better fried chicken anyway.
