    Very disappointed in the quality, chicken was overcooked and dry as tho it had been out under a heat lamp for who knows how long or refried. The bucket had a puddle of grease at the bottom. Our fries were not crunchy what so ever just all soggy. Everything was just cold even tho it was all deliverd in a timely mannor. called and the woman who answered really didnt care she acted as tho i was inconvenienceing her and offerd no customer service. Will not be a returning customer again.

    The only thing I absolutely hate. Is when I order on the app I can not place an order, even after trying 3 different cards. I wanted KFC today but it won't take my payments!!! So annoying
