The first time I visited, a staff member wearing a black t-shirt was openly picking his nose while working. It was absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable in a food service environment. I was shocked that no one addressed it. I decided to give the place another chance, but it was just as bad. No one came to take my order. Staff members were standing around, staring at me instead of helping. A girl who was cleaning the dining area kept looking at my face repeatedly, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I felt unwelcome and completely ignored. After waiting and feeling embarrassed, I just walked out without ordering anything. This location seriously needs better hygiene standards, customer service training, and basic professionalism. I will not be returning
