Bought a 9 piece bucket with fries, gravy and an individual portion of macaroni salad. The fries were great, the chicken grossly over greasy and the individual salad was a joke. The salad cost $4 and was literally a portion that was a table spoon and a half. I brought this to the servers attention which he refunded my money and let me keep the salad which was professional.
As a corporation KFC should be ashamed of themselves for charging that amount for a salad is almost non existent. The server gets 5/5 for rectifying the situation.

They are very unprofessional and don’t know how to talk with customers. There was a guy from India, he was just fighting with me and he was very rude. I had to wait for 25 minutes for just a single order. I strongly don’t recommend this, please avoid as much as you can.

I visited there today, and I had a really great time, the employees are really friendly, and nice (I had a really good conversation with one of them), made my order pretty fast which means that they are hardworking employees, and the place was really clean, so I really recommend this KFC, I surly can say that its one of the best ones in the city!.

On Christmas Eve morning, I tried to order from the App from the Nairn location for a later pick-up time. There was a problem with the App so I called the location for assistance. I spoke with “Nicholas”. He was so respectful and helpful. I can’t say enough about how polite this young man is. I really hope the Manager reads this review and acknowledges “Nicholas” for his exemplary Customer Service skills.

should honestly be ZERO stars but that is not an option. This location switched to self serve kiosks which i now understand why (see below), unfortunately these kiosks do not allow you to order some of the signature combos. After wasting enough time fighting the failed attempt at streamlining service i proceeded to the counter to order normally, after be ignored for a significant amount of time someone finally hops behind the till. i start off with "i would like to order combo X" and without a second thought the lady behind the till replies "why?"... without breaking into the stream of profanity that instantly came to mind in response to "why?" i continue with "because that's what i want to order" i continue my order and she proceeded to ARGUE with me about the order and how i could order differently to save money or some such thing. seriously? if there is a way to save someone money just do it, don't ask, nobody is going to be upset if you save them money, absolutely DO NOT start arguing and what in the hell possessed them to ask "why?". whatever the case may be, she got hung up arguing and basically would not let me continue to order. walked out because arguing with stupid people only makes you look stupid also. absolutely most incompetent staff choice ever so i understand why they tried to replace them with a kiosk. To sum it up? if you have had a long day and want to get into an argument or altercation with someone who has a third grade comprehension level then this is the place for you, if you want to just get some crappy chow and go home? it is far from worth it to go here EVER
