  cashier girl in drive thru is awesome. Her manager, an east Indian girl was a bully to her. Management needs to address this. cheers

  Bought a 9 piece bucket with fries, gravy and an individual portion of macaroni salad. The fries were great, the chicken grossly over greasy and the individual salad was a joke. The salad cost $4 and was literally a portion that was a table spoon and a half. I brought this to the servers attention which he refunded my money and let me keep the salad which was professional. As a corporation KFC should be ashamed of themselves for charging that amount for a salad is almost non existent. The server gets 5/5 for rectifying the situation.

  They are very unprofessional and don’t know how to talk with customers. There was a guy from India, he was just fighting with me and he was very rude. I had to wait for 25 minutes for just a single order. I strongly don’t recommend this, please avoid as much as you can.

  I visited there today, and I had a really great time, the employees are really friendly, and nice (I had a really good conversation with one of them), made my order pretty fast which means that they are hardworking employees, and the place was really clean, so I really recommend this KFC, I surly can say that its one of the best ones in the city!.

  On Christmas Eve morning, I tried to order from the App from the Nairn location for a later pick-up time. There was a problem with the App so I called the location for assistance. I spoke with “Nicholas”. He was so respectful and helpful. I can’t say enough about how polite this young man is. I really hope the Manager reads this review and acknowledges “Nicholas” for his exemplary Customer Service skills.
