  I had placed an order for delivery and experiencend an issue with the delivery. When I called to ask about it I was told that the manager was not available at the moment but would call me back shortly. The manager did call me back and addressed my concern. The delivery company that they use is a third party and not something that they can control on a store level, which is common practice nowadays but the level of customer service from the store manager Mnnu (I am very sorry if I have spelled that incorrectly, my phone was cutting out when I asked for their name) was excellent and the food as always was great.

  Had to wait in the drive through for fifteen minutes while they cook the chicken and then I got three little dark pieces of meat

  December 4, 2025 @ 6:45pm Thursday special. KFC at Plessis is making all the other KFC locations looking bad. I always know that this location always has rude workers and sell old disgusting chicken. They would refry old chicken and they would refry the normal chicken to make it crispy. They are so dishonest and disrespectful staffs but I thought I give it another try today. My husband even concerned about me going there today because it’s close to home. But I so regret giving them another chance. I ordered Thursday special today and I asked if they have extra crispy and at first the guy said no we don’t have any and after the guy whom took my order, changed his mind and said he has 2 pieces. I said please make sure it fresh. My 10 years old in the back said, “ mommy I heard him giggle “ I should have take that as a bad sign from no crispy chicken to have only 2 pieces. I can see my order was ready but the cashier keep on going into the bag and remove the fries out and put it back and finally I got my order and I make sure to check this time. Sure enough, the fries are old!!!! I said my fries is old and he apologized and said he would switch it right away. I got the new fries but I also checked the chicken and it’s also old!! The skin was falling off and so soft and disgusting . another worker came to the window and she said it’s not old we just finished frying them and the moisture will make it look like that. I eat KFC almost every 2nd week on Thursday I can what is old and what is new fresh fried chicken. That is so odd because only this Plessis location uses this line about new chicken that just fried and the skin just fall apart so easily because of the moisture. They are so dishonest and such liars! I said this chicken is not new can I get a new batch? you know what that girl said to me? She said so reputedly to the cashier “ JUSt GIVE HER A REFUND!! “ I was so shock not even offer a solution!!! What kind of customer service is this? The worst beyond words that I can describe. There We had not go there for close a year and thought maybe they change. NOPE! 👎 👎👎 I will never step into that restaurant ever again! And I will make sure I share all the negative nasty personality of the staffs who work there and their disgusting old chicken. I would not recommend this KFC on Plessis and this location will make all the other locations look bad. I will include the picture of the picture. It’s not my picture I didn’t think to take the picture because I didn’t take it home yet because instead of me asking for refund she forced me to get a refund. Never experienced this bad experience in my whole life. I read some of the reviews and they had the exact same experience to me. and the chicken that that person posted was the exact same chicken that I got in the bucket. There many time when they just opened I never check my order there and I usually never check because I just trust the store but my husband told me to make sure check it because long time ago when we took it home, it was old and we too lazy to go back. I am so glad I checked this time and I am done with going to this nasty location for life!!! This Location is a ZERO. Not even a one star. They shouldn’t be existed in this good location.
