I hate to say this, but this is the worst kfc i went to. We've been waiting for almost an hour just to get one order?? Wow and I saw other people recieved their food after us, but we ordered first. it must be first come, first serve! i will not gonna order food again here at kfc inside polo park.

When got there to pick up my food at 6:17pm, the food was not ready. Waited until 6:40pm with constant reminder to workers that I only had limited time since it was for my 30 min break. Food wasn’t fresh when it was given to me and service was very bad. I waited for a long period of time when in fact I also ordered it ahead. Waste of time.
