Waited a long time, very hot in restaurant, zinger chicken burger and bun didnt taste fresh. Tacos, Nachos fries and cheese dip were good. Tables and self serve area was dirty. Overall will not go back there again.

As several other reviews have previously stated, I would give 0 stars, if it were possible. The online ordering was seamless, no complaints. Unfortunately, the order went through this particular restaurant. The order was received within 20 minutes. This would be admirable service for most businesses, but not when you are cooking chicken. I have had unpleasant experiences with KFC before but this seems to be a recurring theme with them. The chicken was raw. Not just pale, but raw. Assumed it was not cooked properly with the quick turnaround time. 15 tries later, still no one picking up the phone. Wanted the order picked up and returned with complete refund. Called the 1-800 number for customer complaints. The lady was genuinely apologetic, but said I had to go through the specific store where it was delivered from to have the situation rectified. I assume that is not going to happen, as no one seems to know how to answer a phone. The order will be tossed in the garbage where it belongs, as it is a biohazard. It is an infuriating waste of food. Avoid KFC, especially this particular restaurant if you would prefer not to get food poisoning. I am not hopeful I will receive any type of customer service from a manager or head office. At the very least, train your employees on how to cook chicken properly.

I ate here this evening and was greeted by the kindest manager ever: Zeba. She was so patient with me even when I was impatient. She instructed her green worker with respect as he was learning the ropes. The food I ate was juicy and actually good. The Pepsi was not flat and the store tables were clean. This is a well managed location.

Just tried using a coupon at the drive through, just wanted a different side (was never asked, nor was the specificity of the side mentioned on the coupon) and got told the wrong information, corrected them and then got ignored by one of the people working until the 6th time I asked for a different side, to which I was greeted by an eye roll and an unhappy associate!
I love when people are confidently wrong and proceed to get checked on it. But hey, service was pretty fast.
