Had to argue twice that they got my order wrong they gave me nacho fries supreme. Then they give me the exact same wrong order!?! They said i ordered nacho 'fries' supreme on the kiosk When i specifically pressed the nacho supreme I wanted Nacho chips supreme i clicked Nacho supreme and they still argued i ordered the fries... i had to take a picture of what i ordered and what i didn't order!

The service was extremely slow, even though we were the only customers waiting inside. We asked to use the restroom for one of our kids, and they took their time doing other things before unlocking it. There were no napkins available, so we had to ask at the counter, and again, it took a long time. The bathroom was also dirty. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Food ok

I went through the drive-thru to pick up an Uber Eats order at this KFC and had a very unpleasant experience. The employee working at the window, named April, was rude from the start and gave repeated dirty looks for no apparent reason.
She also failed to provide the drink that was clearly part of the order. When I pointed this out, her attitude became even worse instead of addressing the mistake professionally. Overall, the customer service was poor, unwelcoming, and unprofessional.
As a delivery driver, I expect basic courtesy and accuracy, especially since mistakes directly affect customers and drivers. This experience was disappointing and needs to be addressed.
