overpriced food. i’ve heard staff make EXTREMELY racist comments about other races (black ppl to be specific)… always talking in their language so they think no one understands but they’re always audible and i’m shocked at the things i’ve heard. staff doesn’t wear hairnets either. i’ve already contacted food safety and i wouldn’t recommend eating at this specific location to anyone that values their morals and their money.

Five guys is great for a treat and every time I've gone, it's what I expected. But today, my burger didn't have any of the toppings I ordered 😡

Farewell Five Guys .... This has been our go to for burgers for as long as they have been in Winnipeg. It's been several months since we last ate here and noticed some significant changes: Fries - no longer are you given extra, you don't even get it in a cup anymore, it's in a small paper bag. Burger bun - I don't know what this is but it's not the same quality as before. This looked and tasted like wonder bread buns from the grocery store. We would easily justify the price for good quality.....not any more. I'd rather pay more and support a truly local burger place instead.

I am celiac. I have always had a safe dining experience there and they have always taken serious note and attention to making sure my meal is safe. I have not gotten sick from there yet.

The fries are spectacular, the burger is ok. I've had amazing burgers and these are just average. The staff at the counter was excellent. She had great customer service. As per the rest? There was a lot of staff and they basically talked among themselves. Not much interaction with customers. We had to wait longer than I expected given how many staff were on. The free peanuts were great, but I didn't know where to put the shells. So we just shelled them on the table and did our best to clean up afterwards. Atmosphere is no great shakes. A good place if you want an upscale from fast foods like burger king etc. I'd suggest trying to make something on the menu that's unique to your store if possible.
