    Asked for no cheese on my burger and for gravy with my meal. Got cheese on my burger and no gravy. Fries were very under cooked. Which is a shame, when they are actually cooked they are very good. I will no longer go here, the inconsistency is too great and the food is too expensive to not be good all the time or made properly. I will go somewhere that actually pays attention to the customer

    Servers were unprofessional. Manager was rude and didn't accept a valid coupon, which had no expiration date and was valid with any DQ franchise. Food was nothing great, I have definitely had better tasting food at other Dairy Queen restaurants. Atmosphere was boring & austere. Bathrooms weren't cleaned regularly & were outdated.

    The older woman doing drive thru was extremely rude and couldn't make a blizzard if her life depended on it. She also left the chocolate syrup at the bottom of the glass , (milkshake not stirred enough) She was in a big hurry. We will go to other DQ's from now on
