I pulled up and told the Worker Allen what my friend and i wanted, he then continued to ask what we wanted over and over again with each option and in the end they still got it wrong and almost let us leave without all of our food! I wanted a cookie dough and smartie blizzard and they gave me a smartie blizzard trying to convince me they put cookie dough it in (i put it in a bowl when i got home and there was none) after we were given the bag of food allen told us to have a nice day which i assumed meant we had all of our things but no! if i hadn’t looked in the bag we would’ve missed over half our meal. Disappointed do better!

After paying for it I left before realizing I needed HB written on it. (Prior staff has usually asked if i would like anything written. This one didn't). When I went back she seemed a little put out when I said I wanted HB Rosemary written on it. Then she said she could only write Happy Birthday but not the entire name. She asked "What do you wanted Rose or Mary written"! What kind of question is that on a birthday cake? I insisted she had the space to write the entire name and she was not happy with me. Eventually she did but she certainly was not pleased with me and it showed in the lack of customer service/attitude she displayed to me. I certainly did NOT appreciate the customer service she displayed. I have never had that from any Dairy Queen location. I should have asked for the manager to voice my concern.
