Food was nothing great, I have definitely had better tasting food at other Dairy Queen restaurants. Atmosphere was boring & austere. Bathrooms weren't cleaned regularly & were outdated.

- CNCathy Di NellaSep 8, 20252.0I stopped here to pick up a birthday cake on Sept 6 around 2:00pm. The lady behind the counter came to help. After paying for it I left before realizing I needed HB written on it. (Prior staff has usually asked if i would like anything written. This one didn't). When I went back she seemed a little put out when I said I wanted HB Rosemary written on it. Then she said she could only write Happy Birthday but not the entire name. She asked "What do you wanted Rose or Mary written"! What kind of question is that on a birthday cake? I insisted she had the space to write the entire name and she was not happy with me. Eventually she did but she certainly was not pleased with me and it showed in the lack of customer service/attitude she displayed to me. I certainly did NOT appreciate the customer service she displayed. I have never had that from any Dairy Queen location. I should have asked for the manager to voice my concern.
