So upset, I went to get the DQ cupcakes I have waiting for for so long and the quality was ridiculous. The fudge/crunch part couldn’t even be called a layer it was so small, I almost believed there wasn’t any in the cupcake. I dug through to try to see and I found the smallest section.

Got a chicken sandwich in the drive thru got home and it was pink and raw. It took 4 minutes to even get someone to take my order and then less then 2 minutes to get my chicken sandwich I should have know it doesnt take that quick to cook chicken. Im very disappointed that the fry cooks dont know how dangerous raw chicken can be.

According to Consumer Protection Laws, a restaurant may not charge more than the advertised price. This does not seem to bother the owner of this place. I went there for a cone, had the exact change ready but when I got to the drive through window, I was charged 6.04 instead of the 5.39 advertised price. No, it’s not a lot but it’s the principle that matters. It’s illegal and the staff refused to honor the advertised price stating that it’s the new owner, and that they couldn’t do anything about it. And I’m just the staff here. I’m sorry. How pathetic of the owner to not care about their customers or to put their staff in that position. I used to prefer this location over others but that all changed right then and there. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. BBB will be notified. Is the greed for money really worth it? Not in the long run.
