  They gave me 4 deserts in cups with no lids, dripping everywhere, the peanut buster parfait cup doesn’t fit in the tray so as soon as I left the parking lot it spilt on the floor on my car. I went back 2 mins later literally and asked to exchange it but they wouldn’t.. okay.. asked for napkins to help clean up the ice cream on my floor, seats, purse and dash because I was trying to gain a hold of where to put these dripping deserts. They ignored me at the window. No one apologized until I had to knock on the drive thru window to get more napkins. They just didn’t care to help. The service wasn’t good or friendly. Told my son when I got home that we aren’t getting ice cream cake for his birthday Saturday and we will avoid going there.

  Bad experience. I bought a cake and the label was not visble so I asked the sevice crew wjat type it was. She said " half and half" i asked again what type of cake it was. Because my voice was hoarse, I ask with a louder voice so she can hear me. What type of cake is it? Once again she said " half and half" . I said what is half and half? She then replied back to me saying "dont be so rude!" I told her i wasnt being rude, i do not understand her what half and half is. I am not familiar with your lingo.this is only the time when she replied taht it was half vanilla and half chocolate. I told her tahts what i needed to know. DQ mcphillips , please train your crew better when dealing with customer. It was bad enough she brushed me off in the beginning when I went to the counter and asked what the delivery person needed. That same dleivery person was already looked after by another crew who just chose to stand in front of the counter while waiting instead of waiting at the side. This is the first time i have bad expwrience with this store! Marcelo

  I asked the hot sauce to be added to my wrap not my wrap to be added to hot sauce and the chicken was cold / rubber

  I got a poutine and a cheeseburger I waited about 10 minutes at the window for my food and when I got it the fries where completely raw almost un edible the the cheese burger was completely un edible took one bite and spit it out tasted disgusting and I’ve had DQ before and I like their burgers but this was be was disgusting
