    Typical good DQ burgers, service was pretty good slow at the till. The booth seating are in dire need of deep cleaning or upholstery needed to be replaced with something that could be kept cleaner.

    I visited the Dairy Queen drive-thru at 1876 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg, MB R3T 4S5. ​I initially placed an order using coupons for two burgers, two onion rings, and two Blizzards. Madison took my order. During the process, she repeatedly asked how many people were in the car, I answered two. Madison refused to process the Blizzards with the rest of the order. ​She instructed me to go around and place the Blizzard order a second time through the drive-thru intercom. The drive-thru was empty at the time. Since I missed the intercom, I drove straight to the window. Ash (Ashley) then started to take my Blizzard order and payment. However, Madison intervened, spoke to Ash, and Ash then told me to go around and state the Blizzard order a third time at the intercom. ​Finally, Tom took over and completed my order with excellent customer service, turning a negative experience into a positive one through kindness and efficiency. The entire interaction up to that point was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, especially given the simple nature of the request for two separate orders. It was by far the worst customer service I've had ever received.
