I was hired for the grand opening and worked continuously without any days off while the head office team was present. However, once they left, we were removed from the schedule without any communication and later taken off the scheduling app altogether. Using “slow season” as an excuse felt insincere and showed a clear lack of transparency and respect. I would welcome the opportunity to follow up with the head office team, as I can provide a clear and detailed account of everything that occurred not to me only but many of us!

Cheap, unsafe, and totally dishonest. They promised training, put our jobs “on hold,” then fired us instead. I prioritized them and ended up losing both my jobs because of their manipulation.
