They told me it’ll be 2-3 minutes for my order and to go park and the front so I did and I had only ordered 2 items while the lady in front of me ordered 2 meals plus coffee and yet her order was given and they told me to go park at the front. I waited 10 minutes and eventually went inside only to see my 2 burgers sitting there while they were giving out other drive-thru orders. I wish I had questioned them as to why they lied to me about the wait time as I was only break and I only had 10 minutes to get food and eat it but they wasted that time so I couldn’t even have my lunch, if you know that making the burger will take 10 minutes than say that and not 2-3 minutes to make money, that is very unethical behaviour.

This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue, as no customer should be treated this way. And she was also being very rude to my friend.
