This was the strawberry cheesecake one. Maybe the machine needs cleaning?

Took it back inside to get my original order they began arguing with me about what I ordered. I'm pretty sure lemonade doesn't come in a thick cream. If the manager would like to correct me. - JTJonathan TungMar 18, 20263.0I visited the McPhillips location today craving the poutine I recently fell in love with at Pembina Crossing. Unfortunately, this experience was a mess. While the food was hot, the poutine was incredibly soggy and poorly presented. DQ has been serving hot food for decades, yet the packaging feels stuck in the past. As seen in my photos, the container couldn't hold its form; gravy was spilling off the sides, the bottom was wet, and the parchment paper was just a folded mess at the bottom. I also want to note that the drink/Blizzard trays are very unreliable. They don't securely hold the items, causing them to tilt and nearly fall over. For a brand that's been around this long, I expect more secure packaging and better attention to detail.
