  This was, without question, the most frustrating fast-food experience I have ever had. If you value your time, your money, or your appetite, stay away at all costs. The issues started the moment I reached the counter. The staff were incredibly unfriendly, acting as though my presence was a major inconvenience to their day. When I finally received my food, the order was completely messed up—not just one item, but the entire meal. The quality was even worse: * The onion rings were stone cold, as if they had been sitting out for hours. * The burger bun literally had a hole in it, which is a level of carelessness I've never seen before. When I tried to bring these issues to their attention, they refused to make things right or offer any kind of resolution. I am really upset by the lack of professionalism and the subpar food. Save yourself the headache and never come here. There are plenty of other options in Winnipeg; do not give this location your business.

  The food is disgusting, I took a few bites and could barely hold it down! The fries tasted old too, they just tasted like they reheated them in the fryer. Flies buzzing around I had to spit out my food because I was going to puke it out at our table. When I excused myself to the washroom, I was met with a putrid smell and I ended up throwing up. Then I saw how dirty the bathroom was, toilet paper everywhere, floors clearly dirty, and a strong pee and poop smell If you love nasty food, this place is for you. The cashier was okay, we had no issues with her. But the food is nasty. The interior is really ugly, the windows were dirty, and even the paintings on the wall were mismatched and dirty

  Better when you go inside rather than through the drive thru. The food is fresher when you dine in. The location is fairly clean and quiet.
