  Second time visiting this location first horrible experience so today I thought I would give it another try. The drive thru was extremely slow and my food was cold and I love the Arby’s sauce and they put in horseradish sauce only when as I asked them not too just Arby’s sauce bbq. So I tossed it because I don’t have the sauce. Waste of time and money

  April 8, 2026 - Finally got to check out Arby’s since they opened up this location on Sterling Lyon. Atmosphere was good - restaurant was pretty clean except for the washroom. Service was ok - staff using cell phones on the floor. Food was alright - definitely not the same as before. Might not return.

  Staff friendly and efficient. Location clean. Disappointed with food. Processed Cheese Sauce on beef sandwich (like hot Cheez Whiz), not real cheese. Onion buns only, w/o indication; do not like blackened onions. No Jamoca Shakes. No salt & pepper, nor vinegar, available at self-service area. Music blared like in a kids’ arcade. Booths not accommodating for physically challenged.

  Amazing place with excellent service and delicious food. The staff was very welcoming, respectful, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. They were quick to assist and ensured everything was served on time. The food was absolutely tasty, fresh, and well-prepared. Every bite was enjoyable, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for both the food and the friendly staff.

  We had the #1 ( beef) and #6 meal (chicken). The beef was served cold and looked old….not appetizing at all. The chicken was nice and hot, great tasting. Would recommend that one. Fries were fresh and hot from the fryer. So those a were great but also under seasoned. Staff were great, drive thru was quick. Overall was not impressed by the franchise and will most likely won’t return. Lots of better options around.
