I asked for it to be toasted, but the employee (Priyanka) didn’t toast it. I also had to repeat my order multiple times because she didn’t seem to understand me. When I complained about the cold sub, she didn’t apologize or try to fix it. Very disappointing experience in both food quality and customer service.
