  I love the burgers, milkshakes, fries, and blizzards the food comes out pretty quick, the location is pretty good, but every time I've been there I've seen trash lying around, but overall I rate it a solid 4.6

  Two years ago I ordered a brownie choco extreme blizzard cake for a kid’s birthday party. If you look online, the whole thing is chocolate with brownie. When we cut it open, half of it was vanilla. I contacted the store and received an offer of 50% off my next purchase of a DQ cake - great! Fast forward to yesterday I again ordered the same cake for a kids birthday party and the manager honoured the 50% off offer he sent me two years ago. Unfortunately, when we cut into the cake, it was again half vanilla, the top layer was thinner than pictured online and it was very difficult to find any brownie in the whole cake (and none on top). I contacted the manager again. He said it was unfortunate, that many of their customers prefer vanilla around the edges, and apologized. I forgave him; but I would no longer trust the cakes to be made as advertised.

  Would not recommend, got to the drive thru at 10 and no one took my order. I pulled ahead to find 3 girls standing around, one with air pods in, no wonder they couldn't hear me... when I finally got their attention they opened the window and claimed they now actually closed st 10. I explained that's not what it said online, she made up a story about how the hours online are actually summer hours, as if they changed the hours back to summer hours in the middle of February. Overall not a good experience.

  We went to Winkler DQ as a family to treat our children to some Ice cream and fries. When we get there, beside our table is a few pails on the floor due to catching water leaking from the ceiling🙈. And then we ordered gravy for our fries, as we are sitting there waiting we see and overhear the kitchen workers close their nose and say “gross! I wouldn’t eat that!” And 1 minute later they bring us our gravy which was DISGUSTING!!! It tasted and smelled very bad (sour, gross, old, and disgusting)! Is that good service? When you know that the food isn’t smelling good and you serve it anyway? Definitely good burgers and ice cream here but cleanliness and service needs some TLC.
