  Customer service is LACKING Pulled a long hair out of my blizzard as soon as they handed it to me through the drive through window. My last few experiences here have been awful, least favourite restaurant in the area now.

  Pretty disappointed with what I got tonight. My friend and I aren’t from winkler but visit every so often. Sometimes we decide to get a blizzard before heading home, typically the ice cream is pretty good but today it wasn’t even mediocre. We got two royal oreo blizzards which were already half melted when we got them. The ice cream and cookies tasted off but what the real issue in this review is the “fudge” they put into the ice cream. I’ve had their fudge before but this didn’t taste anything like it nor was the texture of it normal. It had a bitter taste with an extremely grainy texture. I’ve worked at an ice cream place before and I know that’s not how fudge is. It just made everything taste gross and for $14 was not worth it. Long wait times and poor customer service on top of that. Gave it 2 stars just because previous visits were good

  We came to drive thru in Winkler and placed our order - two double cheeseburgers and a blizzard. As we pulled up to the window we saw the sign saying double cheeseburger combos were on for $8.00. So we're like well that's a way better deal. We tried for a good minute trying to get the attention of the person at the window with no luck at all. So finally we're like let's just go in, there was another car behind us so we didn't any them to wait extra because of us. So we went around to the restaurant and went in. There was a lady that we explained what we had done. She was good. I apologized more than once for the mixup and inconvenience. I'm assuming by the receipt her name was Nettie (blonde). All was fine but then she went to the person who was at the drive thru window (dark hair - Kirsten - again names could be reversed). Immediately this person said "what the hell is going on? I have the order right here!" It was obvious she was upset with us. The blonde lady was trying to explain and the dark haired girl was not happy. I finally said "you know I can hear you perfectly!" To which the dark haired girl rolled her eyes! I was livid. At that point, the blonde lady could have intervened and said something to diffuse the situation but she didn't. We went to this DQ about two years ago and my daughters order got mixed up and a different employee was rude to us. But we didn't complain. This was different. It wasn't a nice experience at all. I will definitely not be going back to this DQ.
