I made the mistake of asking to use the restroom, and from that point on I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The key was handed to me without any courtesy, and with an eyeroll! Before I was even served my food, a staff member raised their voice at me to return it. There was also a noticeable lack of basic manners during the food preparation and service. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this location seems to have gone downhill, and I won’t be returning.
