  Hard working and friendly staff. Super hot and fresh food, mobile order pickup was fast. I love the mighty boxes for 2 and upgrade to poutine

  I've been here in this restaurant for a long time now, either delivering food from doordash or purchasing food for myself, I even made friends with the employees and it is fun to talk to them. They're always very kind to their customers, handling them calmly and professionally when there are complications, I would say this is a very hard thing to maintain when everybody is freaking out and loosing their sanity at this point which made me amazed by their working ethics. The quality of their food is outstanding, specifically their juicy chicken makes their food taste very savory and unique to other dry and almost "taste nothing" chickens. Their coupons are also very useful which gave me the chances to try other types of food they prepare. I would recommend eating or ordering inside, they will serve you much faster. I would recommend the Famous Chicken sandwich and their popcorn poutine ;)

  The service is really quick and friendly. Their so sweet talking to me and handled every transaction professionally. They serve my food really quick. The big crunch is really good and served fresh along with the fries. Gravy has a really good flavour, perfect for fries and chicken.

  The dining place is clean and there are plenty of seats for families. The food is excellent! They were already serving my food before I could even fill our drinks! Their chicken is really juicy and served fresh and hot.

  I typically don't like.to leave bad reviews but tonight was the last straw for me I think. Granted, its a cold night and Friday at that. A little excited to pick up dinner WITH me hunny since we drove in to work together, (once a year). We ordered two burgers, a 2pc chicken, a lrg frie and lrg gravy, and we're told about 10-15 min wait. Ok sure. It's 5:30, Dinner time, Friday night, minus 40°c out, sure. They brought our food 35-40 minutes later, we go home (not in Steinbach) to find out we didn't get ANY Fries! Ooh but we got the lrg gravy.... for What now?!!! I get that it's busy, but shouldn't there be protocol in place to verify orders are correct?!!! I'd really like my $20 back for the fries we never got and the gravy that was useless at thos point. This is certainly not the first issue over the years. I've always just 'let it go', but at what point does service have any standards? This goes for ANY place, restaurant or retail! Almost always something missing amd not worth the drive back to town, only ONCE have we been able to enjoy the extra crispy recipe, however long ago, always out of... whatever. The new building was very poorly placed, from take-out window & curb, to parking lot.... it speaks for itself. However, the staff themselves, aside from checking orders for accuracy, are generally very friendly and pleasant. Thank you.
