  Total bullshit service by the young lady taking my order continuously screwing up my order not getting it right and taking an additional 10 minutes for a mini blizzard; when the manager proceeded to make 2 sundaes and 3 blizzards in the span of under two minutes for other people. On top the young lady proceeds to make our blizzard that took 10 minutes wrong and slams/slides it across very aggressively. I’m not being a Karen I’m expressing my concerns about unprofessional customer service and unprofessional behavior. And how she didn’t wash her hands, or wear hairnets. I also ordered a MooLatte and they made it incorrectly too and not having the right ingredients in.

  Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to this location. I needed a cake for my son’s birthday and of course left it last minute due to being busy. I tried to go to another location and they refused to write anything on a cake without having 24 hour notice. I called this location to ask if they could do anything. The guy that answered the phone was so friendly and helpful and immediately said they could do something. I was just going to get a quick Happy birthday message written on it, but he asked what the theme was. Upon hearing it was safari themed, he went above and beyond to Make the cake look so cute and on theme with almost no notice. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate this kind of customer care. I wish I caught his name to thank him properly.
