Went through the drive-thru and had to ask THREE times for the OVO meal because the staff didn’t even know what it was. How are you promoting something your own employees don’t know about? One guy even asked me, “What’s your drink?” after I clearly said OVO meal… come on, at least train your staff. Rude attitude, no apology, and 2–3 minutes just to figure out a promoted item. Tuesday night (Feb 17) — tall guy and guy in black cap. Do better.
