  Staff is friendly but waiting 15 minutes every time at the drive through is unacceptable.

  Ordered a hot chocolate and there was zero chocolate in it. It was literally a cup of frothed milk. Pretty brutal to be missing the chocolate in a “hot chocolate”.

  I've been a few times since opening and I've never had fresh fries. Order has been wrong or items missing EVERY TIME

  Took 10 mins of waiting for fries for soggy fries, the yogurt tube in the kids meal was a melted mess

  2 very disappointing visits in a row. Went through the drive through & ordered a double cheeseburger & was asked if I wanted to make it a meal & said yes, also ordered a filet o fish. Paid for both & then was asked to wait at the second window for 5 mins for the filet, waited 8 minutes. Given the food & drove down the street, checked the bag & got 2 cheeseburgers instead of a double & no filet. I had to drive back & went through the drive through again, I was told the filet was never made, again I was asked to drive ahead & wait another 5 minutes, 10 minutes later finally got the filet. Not impressed with the quality at all, only half the tartar sauce was actually on the fish, the rest oozing out the side all over the box & only half a slice of cheese. Second visit went back next morning getting a coffee on the way to work, ordered an extra large 2 milk & 2 sugar… simple order. Not acknowledged at the window just had the debit machine shoved at me as she was taking someone else’s order so I had to sit there with my cash in hand out the window freezing, drove 10 minutes down the highway before opening it up & drinking it… no sugar, looked at the receipt on the cup & sugar not entered… threw it away. Service, friendliness & accuracy leaves a lot to be desired.
