My husband went through the drive through, due to the long line wait, he was 2 minutes late for their breakfast timeframe. So they made him order lunch. He quickly received half of our order and was told to wait. Waited 45 minutes for the remaining half of the order, so the first half was cold. Only to drive home and have missing meals from the order for our children. The service continously gets worse but more expensive. This was our final lesson to not return, the cost isn't even close to worth the experience or quality.

The food here is always fresh and tastes great, but the service needs improvement. The staff seems to get overwhelmed when there is a rush in both the dining room and the drive-thru. Unfortunately, this usually leads to errors; I’ve frequently had items missing from my bag or experienced long wait times. On my last visit, my order was actually given to another customer, forcing me to wait twice as long. Great food, but the management needs to help the team handle high-volume periods more efficiently.

Again they got my order wrong. They take the order right they just can't read English so they send our what they are trained to do. They put cheese on everything. What happened to the days of them asking if you want cheese because it's an extra. Instead you requested no cheese 🧀 and they put two slices of processed crap on an already not meat sandwich. It's bad enough I need to eat on the go and they put what I don't want to put in my body on my sandwich.

Last 7 visits they have "accidentally" forgotten half my order. During this visit what food we did get was cold and soggy. And when I returned to retrieve the rest of my order, it tasted old. She never apologized, and asked me for the receipt. Like this isn't common for them to do. A toddler would be more considerate. Not to mention COUNT. These are not huge orders. They're full grown adults. They need to teach these people the numbers 1-10 when training. And maybe some bedside manners. Aswell as how to enunciate. If you want to work in an English based workforce dont get annoyed when you can't be understood when your entire sentence sounds like one long word. Aswell, It is absurd that this quality control is allowed to exist, if they fail on the surface level as badly as they are. I do question what we dont see. Passed 11pm, they only get sales because they are the only "restaurant" open. There was a point in time when we used to love going to this McDonald's. The food was fresh, the people were nice, prices were more reasonable and it was overall a good experience. Who decided to actively try and make (and succeed) to make this McDonald's completely disgusting.
Overall? If you're reading this review as a potential customer. Go to 711, try your luck there.
I would be embarrassed to work here.
