  We had a small issue with a birthday cake, they replaced it. A few days later the owner of the store messaged me to ask how the replacement cake was. Wow what great customer service. This location will always be our go to for bday cakes.

  After waiting across the street at a competitor and not being greeted within two minutes, I left and drove to this Dairy Queen. The cashier, I believe named Sophie, greeted me within 20 seconds and assured me she’d assist me shortly. I ordered my food, and though the wait was slightly longer than usual due to the dinner rush, Sophie apologized for the delay. I couldn’t complain—great communication and a warm welcome made all the difference.

  Took 30 minutes in the deive threw, had to go in to grab the food. They forgot my burger( all I ordered was burger and chicken strips) food was cold by the time I got it. Overall horrible service! Do not recommend this place at all. Saw so many cars leaving the line up before reaching the window, while waiting for my food.

  Ordered a Carmel toffee cookie blizzard and when I got home it was chocolate and peanut butter flavoured. Waste of money as nobody likes anything peanut butter in our house so it ended up in the garbage. The two girls working were talking and looking back at me after they gave me my order so I’m pretty sure they knew they gave me the wrong order and were discussing it. The whole interaction felt off and not friendly.
