I asked him to change his gloves before making mine explaining that I have a Nightshade allergy and cannot eat the tomatoes and peppers. He changed his gloves, then came back and stuck his fingers back in the other guys sandwich to close it. I said Dude. He said, I will change them. He did, then made my sandwich with skimpy toppings then without changing gloves, made my brothers sandwhich which included peppers. Then came back and stuck his contaminated gloves back in my sandwich to close it. I wanted to walk out, but I just hoped I wouldnt have a reaction. 4 hours later I was covered in hives and slightly fevered, and my kidneys in pain. They guy clearly doesnt have a food handlers or doesnt care, but this place needs to be inspected and their employees knowledge tested either way. I do not trust this establishment anymore. The standards are low or illegal. I will not be back, because they do not recognise serious allergy concerns. And honestly its a rip off. They do not follow subway standard for how many toppings one should get. And also, I do have a Food Handlers Cert.
