  Ordered a family meal and waited more than 35-30 minutes while others who ordered family meals after me got served before me. Waited all that time to witness the staff serve others and then tell me that I would have to wait another 15 minutes! Why do these young workers stand around trying to look busy in the kitchen and not serve the orders by the numbers they give you? How is it you constantly run out of gravy? I wonder if their owner or manager take a look at these reviews. Yes, we can all easily take our business elsewhere and I assume that’s why the staff do such a crappy job!!

  The last couple of time we were at this location we have not been happy with our experience. Waited for nearly 30 minutes on a pick up order, missing dips, cold fries and no gravy available, which happened a couple of times, last time being 3 hours prior to closing. I would suggest they just need to make gravy, and double check the orders while packing.

  Very slow cook time and somehow always low or out of fries, waited 30 minutes just for a mediocre chicken burger

  Order supper for the family got home the one chicken wrap had so much salt and pepper couldn't even eat it and the chicken was so greasy, missing skin, falling apart, literally looked like it fell on the floor got stomped on and placed in the container for us. If I had a vehicle I would of went straight back there. What a waste of to much money, will never go there again. Maybe when they get new management because they should be ashamed how their restaurant is,so sad.
