  Ordered on the app and paid for it, went to the restaurant and they said they didn't receive the order. Wouldn't give me the food or my money back. The money was taken out of my bank account and I showed them.

  The food that i ordered online is on time and it still hot and fresh specially the fries and chicken.I enjoyed the food.

  The food was made very fast and food is fresh and hot!! When I enter it was peaceful and someone was greeting me with a KFC welcome Tagline! the floors are shiny!

  We came in afternoon to order using coupons and the staff member refused to take our order because he said he didn’t know how to enter the coupons and that he was “freaking busy.” There were only two people ahead of us in. We ended up leaving without ordering. Really poor customer service and very frustrating experience.

  So they burnt my chicken. I saw a rat running around the store. The cook literally blastic filo music and its the sad type like sad relapse type music and thats lowk the only bomb thing in the store icl. But yeah overall great service i enjoy my burn chicken, took the rat home, and fed the leftovers to it. Hugs and kisses mwa 💋
