- THTyrran HeideJan 24, 20262.0The people working Jan 24th 2026 where very unhelpful as I was in line I did not see how bad the lettuce looked and did not see till I got to that side of ordering, as I looked at the brown gross lettuce in both inserts I asked the lady if they may have different lettuce underneath, all I got for a response was no that’s it, personally I would think she would have actually looked and tried to find better lettuce if she was being good at customer service? But no just that’s all we have, suggestions put sign up and say no lettuce as the lettuce they where serving was brown all over and wilted whoever received this lettuce should have most definitely sent it back I would expect much more from subway and them saying fresh ingredients.
