It’s been consistent enough that I remember the dude that works here, and if you eat here, you’ll recognize him too. He is rude, arrogant, and some other things I won’t say, and it’s honestly such an easy way to ruin what would’ve been a great experience

The older man who served me was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. He was not listening to my order properly and made my food incorrectly. His behavior was rude and dismissive toward me, yet he changed his attitude immediately when serving the next customer. This made me feel singled out and disrespected. I also noticed that many other customers have left similar bad reviews, so clearly this is not just my experience. The owner really needs to take action, because service like this drives people away from coming back.
