Even if it was a normal order it would not be up to standard. I've even witnessed on one occasion our order being placed on a shelf while we wait for 2 minutes just to have it handed to us. Since when did fast food become this slow?

Obviously wasn't worth spending money there as why would I pay a premium to have no drink option? The drivethrough is also abysmally long. If you make an order through the app, expect to wait over ten minutes in the drivethrough while everyone else continues to order around you and receive their orders before you.
