  We asked for only cheese on burgers. Mcdoablds staff made them normally with everything. We called and informed them of mistake, manager said he checked camera and confirmed i was the one who was wrong and their staff made them right. Manager then proceeded to ask that I take a picture of the burger that was already discarded in the trash. I let them know I would not revisit the victoria mcdoablds in Brandon again. What happened to Canada?

  This location is genuinely the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Every single time I come here, I end up waiting 20+ minutes for food, the staff make sure to clear your order from the screen the second you order, then either forget about it, or are so incompetent that they genuinely take 20+ minutes to make 2 jr chickens. Then when you actually go stand at pick up, you get a constant cycle of employees asking your order number, which seems to go nowhere until eventually one of them actually goes into the kitchen and asks them to “remake” your order, which still ends up being cold by the time you finally receive it.

  Would give 0 stars, if I could. Last night went thru drive thru ,they took my order and I was the only one there, I had a shift after that, I told them please make as it as fast as possible, I waited for 17 minutes for just a junior chicken combo, I had to stand near the front gate then they remembered I ordered something, then they packed and handed out the order, really disappointed with the experience, I really hope they improved the service after this.
