It'll automatically take off a bunch of items. Placed an order for a chicken burger, didn't customize it at all, received the burger with only chicken, no sauce no nothing. They were very quick to fix it. Needs to be a better system though, especially if they won't let you order at the counter. Wouldn't recommend the macaroni salad, it's a soup of mayonnaise with little bit of macaroni.
