Instead of having personnel doing the drive through and personnel doing the counter, they had one doing both. Losing track of customers’ orders. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Also we did not get what we ordered. Terrible.

The two stars is because, on more than one occasion, I was the only person in the restaurant, and when I went back to the drink station to get a refill, they had turned it off to prevent me from getting one. Is it really worth saving a few cents to risk losing a customer? A Harvey’s manager has since contacted me to clarify the situation, and told me how they will take steps to improve.

Atmosphere was fine for how it was. Food was hot and fully cooked. Only weird thing was the floor being sticky, maybe the cleaning products. Overall this place is great and will return for another full belly.
